About
Ten-plus years working in and around information systems, starting in HRIS before broadening into information systems more generally. My work centers on systems analysis, consolidations, integrations, automation, AI projects, acquisitions, and the data cleanup that runs through all of it. What I bring is the view from both sides; having sat in both HR and IT at the corporate level, I notice where departments stop talking to each other. And I do the technical work directly, rather than only producing a spec.
